Dog Accessory Disclaimer

Polite notice to all Totally Pawsome Customers:

Please ensure you check all dog accessories on a regular basis. Accessories are subject to wear and tear depending on the use and condition. It is the customers responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet based on their size and mannerisms. 

Totally Pawsome does not accept any responsibility for ill-fitting accessories. Every dog is different and sizing can vary between ranges and different brands. If you require help, please refer to the description section in each product listing or visit our sizing guide here ………….. we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect sizing.

It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure the accessories are safe for their dog to wear, play or use. If any product is showing signs of wear or tear, it should not be used on the dog as intended. 

All our accessories are suitable for most dogs and for everyday use, however if the dog has behavioural issues or excessively pulls on walks, our accessories will have a reduced life span. We will not refund or replace any accessories that have been misused or damaged by the dog or the customer.

For wash instructions, we recommend for all accessories; hand washing or a gentle machine wash up to 30 degrees. Products should be laid flat to dry, please do not put accessories in the tumble dryer due to plastic features and this may cause shrinking.
